• How long will it take to clean my carpets?

It will vary based on how many rooms you need to be cleaned, if there is furniture and other belongings in the way, and the sizes of the areas being cleaned. In general, each room should take about 20 minutes to complete.

• Should I vacuum before the carpet cleaning?

You do not have to vacuum before carpet cleaning, but we recommend it. It will help remove some of the dirt and debris that is trapped in the carpet fibers. Doing so will help increase the effectiveness of the carpet cleaning and save some time.

• Do I need to be home for the home cleaning services?

No, you do not have to be home for the cleaning. Many of our clients work during regular business hours and are not home. You can simply provide us with a spare key or keypad code to your home.

• Do I have to do any heavy lifting myself during junk removal?

You do not have to do any heavy lifting yourself. Our junk removal team will carry and get rid of all your junk for you.

• How often can I schedule cleaning services?

We are flexible when it comes to our residential cleaning services. You can schedule one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings.

• What if something breaks during a cleaning?

If something breaks during a cleaning, we will repair or replace it. We are fully insured, and you will be able to file a claim to be reimbursed.

• Do you guarantee that all spots and stains will be removed after your carpet cleaning?

We cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed from our carpet cleaning. Stains are often lightened or removed with our deep cleanings, but not always. It depends on what the stain is, how long it was there, and how deep in the carpet it is.
